1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Devynium's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Devynium provides a cloud-based operations management platform for vacation rental and concierge companies. The service includes modules for bookings management, housekeeping, maintenance, owner reporting, finances, CRM, analytics, mobile access, API integrations, and AI-assisted operations.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Devynium reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. Devynium does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We process your data solely to provide and improve our services.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Devynium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, data will be permanently deleted.
9. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
